It’s a new month, so I’m here with some February updates n misc chitter chatterins for ya. January was pretty productive, so I’m hopin I can continue that trend through this month too :D
📓 Past Month of Life Happenins~
As I mentioned in last month’s newsletter, I went to MAGFEST last month, which was fun. Otherwise… hummm. I mean, I started writing these newsletters, which is fun. I’m also drafting up my next Black 2 Nuzlocke diary entry, AND a 3x3 of different medias I’ve been watchin/readin/etc. Hopefully those’ll be out Soon(tm).
Beyond that, nothin real notable going on other than like a tonnn of snow. Like, uncharacteristically large amounts of snow, for like 2 weeks in a row. It disrupted my retail gig schedule, closed down a bunch of schools and businesses, all that jazz. I even skated my car around on the ice a bit, much to the chagrin of my crab (spouse). Here’s a lil vid- I know this is baby mode snow for places that expect it, but for us it’s an awful lot!
🎁 Da Throne Zone! This Month’s Gifts :D
I got a couple more snazzy gifts! This time it’s a shout-out to Anax’em for gettin me an overhead mount for my phone camera to do desktop streams with, and an SD to USB converter for loading up a microSD with jams for the Snowsky Echo mini I got last month :3 Picture of it hovering ominously over my desk for refrance.

Jan 2026 OC - Candy Qirin
Hey y’all, it’s time for another Patreon OC! This time around we ended up with another species design rather than specifically one character- meet the Candy Qirin, a mythical beast of sickeningly sweet rarity!
As usual, everyone gets to check out the base design free of charge- but you can also get access to a bunch of lore in snazzy PDF formatting to use for oneshots, stories, or campaigns, as well as 3 alternate palettes, by joining the Patreon!

Feb 2026 Patreon Poll - A Skilled Scaley Friend!
Time for another lovely Patreon OC Poll! After a bit of discussion we ended up settling on the idea of designing a lizardfolk/dragonborn/scalie-type OC- BUT I’m also interested in digging more into the lore/rules of the Vagabond TTRPG system, so I’ll be building them specifically in that system and such!
Because I’m usin another system specifically the base character stats and base design will be public access- but the nice formatted PDF & alt palettes are still gonna be for patrons/sold solo on Vgen n such. The Patreon post proper has links + images for patrons for all the materials/irl animals referenced :3
D4, D10, & D20 patrons get to vote on this poll! As usual I’m excited to see what y’all pick for me to design this time around.
🎥 Streamer Shenanigannery~
In January, we managed to get the Danganronpa 2 streams started, as well as the Black 2 Nuzlocke! I’m putting the banner I made for the former here cuz I think it’s hella cutes.
Notably, March will be the release month for Pokopia AND Monster Hunter Stories 3, and after that Tomodachi Life is coming out on the Switch. Those are gonna be big focuses for those months for sure. Until then though, I’ve got plenty of other thangs to work through streamwise!
Major things to expect this month in streams:
The long-awaited Eva PNGtuber Rose & Camilla stream!
I’m working on a special treat to go along with this, so probably will be scheduled for after Valentines Day weekend~
Art commission streams- already did a Valentine commission one, but there’ll always be more comms on my plate
Continuing the guest-VA’d Danganronpa 2 Streams- aiming to get through the first two cases by end of Feb or early March
More time battling through the Pokemon Black 2 Nuzlocke (It’s already been very difficult and dramatic- you can check out the logs here)
Playing tons of Displace SMP, a Minecraft Cobblemon SMP! Already played the first session as of this post and I’m super hooked *v*
At least one or two more streams of the BG3 Isekai Squadron
Hopefully some more streams of Majora’s Mask with Karbi, if scheduling and such allows
✍️ Commission Deals~
This month brings the return of my cute lil Valentine commissions! They’ll be open through Valentine’s Day proper, but you have to order them by the end of the weekend if you want them delivered in time for the 14th itself. Here are some snazzy lil samples :3
💭 Closing Thoughts
I’m a big fan of writin these articles up! I’m still thinkin about how they’re a bit long… but I mean, they’re specifically for gettin all sorts of updates on what I’m up to, so, myeh… as I do these more regularly I imagine I’ll learn to make em flow a bit more smoothly. Or not, and you’ll get even more ramblins… >v>;;
